Property Management
Our property management agreement is a service designed for landlords who are looking for a hands-off approach from their investments. We offer to our landlords a rent guaranteed with no void periods; no agent fees; no legal fees; long term contracts ranging from 2-5 years, and high spec interior design with cleaning contractors and maintenance in place.
Property Staging
We offer bespoke staging service, where we design your space to suit the clientele you are targeting. With high spec interior design and photography we will capture the best angles that sell your property. This is a complete hands off service where we fully design, manage, install the furnishings and take the photographs right up to when your first guests arrive.
Bespoke Sourcing Service
We offer a bespoke sourcing service for investors who have limited time or expertise but are wanting to get into property. We work with you 1-1 to design and tailor a specific brief for what you are looking and the returns you're looking to make. From registration we aim to have sourced your investment within 6 weeks.
